WHO I AM
I'm Lama Malaeb, a bilingual Arabic-English AI coach and trainer based in Dubai, UAE. I'm the founder of AI Growth Hub and an official HeyGen Ambassador.
I've spent 12 years in training and facilitation, and the last two years focused entirely on one thing: helping GCC businesses actually implement AI, not just understand it. My clients include DEWA, SOCIALEYEZ, and a growing roster of corporate teams, marketing leaders, and entrepreneurs across the Gulf who are done talking about AI and ready to build with it.
I hold 15+ AI certifications from Vanderbilt University, Meta, and Google. I'm one of the only AI coaches in the GCC delivering this work fully bilingually, in the room, in Arabic and English, without losing the cultural nuance that matters in this market.
I'm based in Dubai and work with clients across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, and internationally.
WHAT I DO

Entrepreneurs, SME owners, and founders who want one-on-one support implementing AI into their business. Through my coaching retainers and the AI Growth Hub community on nas.io, I work with business owners across the Gulf to build real AI workflows that save time, improve output quality, and work in both Arabic and English.
WHY BILINGUAL MATTERS
Most GCC companies run Arabic content through English-first AI models and lose engagement in the process. The tone shifts. The cultural references disappear. The audience notices, even when they cannot explain why.
Arabic AI, done right, is the single biggest content and productivity unlock for the region in 2026. The UAE AI strategy is targeting 295,000 businesses adopting Agentic AI by 2030. Saudi Vision 2030 has workforce AI capability at its core. The demand is real and it is moving fast.
The gap is not ambition. The gap is execution, in Arabic, in context, with someone who understands both the tools and the culture.

Most AI training in the GCC falls into one of two traps. It is either too technical, built for developers and data scientists, not for the marketing director or the SME owner who just needs AI to work in their business today. Or it is too generic, Western frameworks copy-pasted into a GCC context without understanding how Arabic-speaking teams actually think, communicate, and work.
I do neither.
Every workshop, coaching session, and training program I deliver starts with the same question: what does this specific team, in this specific business, in this specific market actually need AI to do? Then we build from there, in Arabic, in English, or both, with tools that are immediately usable and workflows that stick beyond the training room.
I am not here to impress you with what AI can do. I am here to make sure your team can actually do it, tomorrow, without me in the room.
Three things shape everything I deliver.
Bilingual from the start, not translated after. I build AI workflows in Arabic and English simultaneously. Arabic content created through English-first models loses tone, cultural accuracy, and audience trust. I fix that at the source.
GCC-specific, not GCC-adapted. My examples, prompts, use cases, and frameworks are built for this market. Not borrowed from a Silicon Valley playbook and adjusted for Dubai.
Implementation over inspiration. You will not leave my sessions with a slide deck full of AI statistics and nothing to do with them. You will leave with tools set up, prompts built, workflows running, and a clear plan for the week ahead.
