7 Arabic AI Prompts Every GCC Business Owner Should Be Using in 2026
The most common question I get from GCC business owners after their first AI session is: why does the Arabic output feel wrong?
The answer is almost always the same. They are writing their prompts in English and asking the AI to translate into Arabic. That is not how native Arabic AI output works. It is how you get Arabic that sounds like it was written in English first, because it was.

Here are seven Arabic AI prompts that work, with explanations of why each one is structured the way it is.
How to use these prompts
Paste them directly into Claude or ChatGPT. Each prompt is written in Arabic by design. The Arabic instruction produces Arabic output that sounds native rather than translated. Where I have added context in English, that is for your understanding, not to include in the prompt itself.
Prompt 1: Arabic social media caption for a GCC business
أنت خبير في المحتوى الرقمي للسوق الخليجي. اكتب لي بوست لإنستغرام بالعربي الفصيح المبسط عن [موضوع البوست]. الجمهور المستهدف هو [وصف الجمهور] في [الإمارات أو السعودية أو الخليج]. البوست يجب أن يكون بين 100 و150 كلمة، ويبدأ بهوك قوي، ويحتوي على دعوة للتفاعل في النهاية. الأسلوب: [رسمي / غير رسمي / تحفيزي].
Why this works: The prompt specifies the Gulf market context, the register of Arabic required, the target country, the length, the structure including a hook and call to action, and the tone. It gives the AI everything it needs to produce native Arabic content rather than translated English content.
Prompt 2: Arabic client proposal introduction
أنت مساعد أعمال محترف. اكتب مقدمة عرض لعميل محتمل في [القطاع] بالعربي الرسمي المناسب للبيئة المهنية الخليجية. العميل يواجه مشكلة [وصف المشكلة]. الحل المقترح هو [وصف الحل]. المقدمة يجب أن تكون بين 80 و120 كلمة، وتبدأ بمخاطبة الحاجة مباشرة دون مقدمات طويلة.
Why this works: Corporate Arabic in the Gulf has a specific register and directness level. This prompt tells the AI exactly what professional Gulf context means and asks for a direct opening rather than the overly formal lengthy preamble that generic Arabic prompts tend to produce.
Prompt 3: Bilingual email subject lines
اكتب لي 5 عناوين بريد إلكتروني لموضوع [وصف الموضوع]. أعطني النسخة العربية والإنجليزية لكل عنوان جنباً إلى جنب. الجمهور هو [وصف الجمهور]. الهدف من الإيميل هو [وصف الهدف]. العناوين يجب أن تكون جذابة وتحفز على الفتح دون أن تكون مضللة.
Why this works: Side by side Arabic and English output in one prompt saves significant time for GCC businesses that send bilingual communications. The alignment of both versions is also helpful for quality checking.
Prompt 4: Arabic WhatsApp follow-up message
اكتب رسالة متابعة لواتساب باللهجة الخليجية الودية لعميل لم يرد على عرض السعر منذ [عدد الأيام] أيام. الرسالة تكون قصيرة بين 30 و50 كلمة، ودية، غير ضاغطة، وتفتح المجال للحوار. لا تبدأ بـ "أتمنى أن تكون بخير".
Why this works: WhatsApp follow-ups in the Gulf have a very specific tone, more personal and relationship-focused than Western business messaging. This prompt specifies the Gulf dialect register, the length constraint, the non-pushy tone, and removes the overused opener that every generic Arabic follow-up template starts with.
Prompt 5: Arabic team announcement
أنت مسؤول التواصل الداخلي. اكتب إعلاناً داخلياً للفريق بالعربي الفصيح المبسط عن [موضوع الإعلان]. الإعلان يجب أن يكون واضحاً ومباشراً وإيجابياً، بين 60 و100 كلمة. تجنب الجمل الطويلة والمعقدة.
Why this works: Internal Arabic communications in GCC organizations need to be clear and direct without losing the respectful tone expected in Gulf professional environments. Specifying Modern Standard Arabic simplified rather than formal classical Arabic gives you readable professional content, not academic prose.
Prompt 6: Arabic product or service description
أنت كاتب محتوى تسويقي متخصص في السوق الخليجي. اكتب وصفاً تسويقياً بالعربي لـ [اسم المنتج أو الخدمة]. المنتج يساعد [الجمهور المستهدف] على [الفائدة الرئيسية]. الوصف يجب أن يكون بين 60 و80 كلمة، يركز على الفائدة لا على المواصفات، ويستخدم لغة تقنع القارئ الخليجي.
Why this works: Marketing Arabic in the Gulf focuses on outcomes and trust signals more than technical specifications. This prompt explicitly instructs the AI to focus on the benefit for the reader rather than producing a specification list in Arabic.
Prompt 7: Bilingual meeting summary
لديّ ملاحظات من اجتماع بين [وصف المشاركين]. الملاحظات بالإنجليزي كالتالي: [الصق الملاحظات هنا]. أنشئ لي ملخصاً للاجتماع بصيغتين: الأولى بالإنجليزي الاحترافي والثانية بالعربي الفصيح المبسط. كل نسخة تحتوي على: القرارات الرئيسية، نقاط العمل مع أصحابها، والخطوات التالية.
Why this works: This is the highest-value bilingual prompt for most GCC professionals. It takes your rough English meeting notes and produces a structured professional summary in both languages simultaneously, formatted identically for easy sharing with Arabic-speaking and English-speaking stakeholders in the same organization.
The principle behind all seven prompts
Every prompt tells the AI three things: the role it is playing, the GCC-specific context including the type of Arabic required, and the exact structure and length of the output needed. Generic prompts miss at least one of these three. When all three are present the output is consistently better and requires significantly less editing.
Save these seven prompts somewhere you can access them quickly. Start with the one most relevant to your biggest current time drain and build from there.
